The first green industrial building in Beilun District, Ningbo-Ningbo Feishi Motor Technology Co., Ltd. production base. The base has a total investment of 120 million and is located in Xiaogang Equipment Industry Base. It includes 4 green technology buildings including multifunctional halls, production workshops and R&D centers. The main building in one, as well as the surrounding carports, landscape and other supporting buildings. The base’s water, lighting, and production and office electricity use relies on renewable resources and is basically self-sufficient.

The building is supported by 141 steel piles. From the renderings, we can see the avant-garde design and function of the building. There are 96 iron pillars on the first floor, each 8.5 meters. Among them, 60 iron pillars are located in the pool, and the water spray height of the pool is 2.2 meters. In order to ensure the design and service life of the building, the support columns on the first and second floors and the support columns on the water surface must adopt a reasonable and long-term anti-corrosion plan.

Ningbo Paiting's anticorrosion business and technical team conducted a demonstration after the design of the coating scheme for the project at the beginning of the year, and formulated strict construction procedures and standards. On February 17, 2017, Paiting Industrial officially signed a contract with the owner. The Paiting Anticorrosion Project Department entered the construction site on February 20th. In 40 days, the spraying project of the building was successfully completed, and it was unanimously approved by the design institute and anti-corrosion experts.
