Product description： The PTW series Venturi wet dust collector is a safe dust collector specially developed for flammable and flammable media. The product passes through a 4-stage filter layer to separate and purify dust and oil mist. First of all, high-temperature dust or oil mist gas enters the separator through the air inlet pipe, and the flowing dust and oil mist particles in the gas contact the scrubbing liquid mist at the venturi throat, which can effectively reduce the gas temperature, and then the air flows at the venturi throat. Under the action of inertia, the dust and mist particles move to the surface of the liquid. The relative movement of the airflow and the liquid makes them fully mixed. At the same time, in the scrubber, the dust and oil mist are separated from the airflow under the action of the metal centrifugal separator. After coming out, it will fall into the water tank, and then through the mud scraper, the purified air will be discharged from the pipeline, and the separated dust and oil mist will be collected through the oil return port.
