Product description: The PTXFT series cyclone dust collector is a pre-dust removal device for dust removal equipment. Its working principle is a dry gas-solid separation device that uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotating dust-containing gas to separate dust from the airflow. It can capture and separate coarser particles above 5μm and has a high purification efficiency. Therefore, the equipment is widely used in mining, metallurgy, refractory materials, building materials, coal, chemical and power industries. However, the cyclone dust collector has very low purification efficiency for the finer dust below 5-10μm (especially the fine particle dust with low density), so the cyclone separator is generally suitable for single-stage purification of coarse-grained dust or more than one thousand-stage purification. When the dust-laden airflow enters the cyclone separator from the intake pipe at a speed of 12-25m/s, the airflow will change from linear motion to circular motion. The vast majority of the rotating airflow spirally downwards from the circle to the cone along the wall of the vessel. The dust-laden gas particles generate centrifugal force during the rotation process, throwing the dense gas dust particles to the periphery of the vessel wall. Once the dust particles contact the wall of the vessel, they lose their inertial force and fall along the wall by the moving scene of the inlet velocity and downward gravity, and then enter the ash discharge pipe.
